Dear Students,

It gives me immense pleasure to announce the commencement of first ever Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) recognized MS Nursing program at Lahore School of Nursing (LSN), the University of Lahore (UOL) in Punjab, Pakistan.

Lahore School of Nursing is one of the most prestigious nursing institute of Punjab. Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) recognized Lahore School of Nursing, the University of Lahore in first inspection in 2010 for two programs Post RN BS Nursing and Generic BS Nursing. Since its inception, UOL has been providing quality education and skill to the Nursing profession. For the purpose state of the art skill lab with latest equipment’s has been setup at Lahore School of Nursing. PNC recognized the University as pioneer institute in Punjab for MSN program in 2017 after meticulous inspections. Our Masters of Science in Nursing Program provides not only ample opportunities to the nurses in Punjab for obtaining nursing professional degree, to attain excellence in their profession but to compete rapid advancements in health sciences.

As Dean of Allied Health Sciences at The University of Lahore, while developing the curricula, I emphasize to inculcate excellent knowledge, skill and ethical attributes in the learners. We aim at preparing professionals with highest standards in creativity, transfer application and dissemination of knowledge to meet challenges of health care facing 21st century. Be the grace of Allah Almighty we are achieving this goal through our highly qualified and dedicated faculty at Lahore School of Nursing. The UOL sculpts its graduates to become future leaders in their fields to inspire the next generation and to advance ideas that benefit the nation and world at large.

I have always appreciated the credibility of the staff at Lahore School of Nursing for their caring attitude, compassionate spirit and an acute sense of coordination integrating with all the healthcare providers in service of the patients. I am hopeful that the Nurses graduating from Lahore School of Nursing would be an asset to Pakistan and the ailing humanity.
